Blessings ...

How strange things have been ... we have lived alone for so long, then Rusty came to stay, it was like we didn't know what we were missing. It was so nice to have family around on a regular basis. He was nice enough to help with cooking, and some things on my TO-DO list ... Then, Mom and Di joined us and we were surrounded by family and love. Now, Rusty is gone, living in Rwanda, and saving their country and Mom and Di have returned to Ohio and our house is back to just the two of us. I am so thankful for our family time together, and am looking forward to reuniting again in December, only three months away. Rusty has already placed his menu request ... BEEF, BEEF, and BEEF, lol! I'm going to start looking for new recipes ... Mackenzie's soccer game is soon, and Lowe's shold be here to deliver the new fridge (yea, mine died Friday).

Hey Heather! I am so glad you are bloggin! Now I can keep up with you guys better! I love the clock link. I was telling Clint that all i have to do now to "wonder what John is doing" is to click on your blog and check out what time it is over there and I can take a wild guess as to what "Uncle John" is up to!! :) Do you mind if I link your blog to mine under "My bloggin friends"? Give Mackenzie a hug for us and tell everyone hello! Next time you talk to John, tell him hi for us and that we miss him!!
We know what you mean about being used to having him around!! Its not the same being in Starkville and him not being there! I really think its starting to hit Clint hard that he's not there!! :(
Take care-I look forward to reading your blog!
Love, Libby, Clint and Case!

Libby ... I thought the clock was cool, and Mackenzie loves it. Remember that you all are ALWAYS welcome to spend a few days in KY when he is home. I'm looking forward to linking our bloggs and keeping up with each other. I don't know what it is like to not keep up with someone in Mississippi, lol. Mom heard from him yesterday via e-mail, so I'm waiting for him to post something. I am so hoping to hear something since it is his birthday. So, enjoy your day ...

Love, Heather and Mackenzie!
