I'm more of a gamer than I thought ...

I was thinking about gaming, and I realized something that I love to do that is gaming ... I LOVE WEBKINZ ... I get on my daughter's account and play a lot. For those of you that don't know, ask about any 6 - 10 year old. You purchase a stuffed animal (webkin), and you receive a computer code that when you go to www.webkinz.com, you input your code and receive a virtual pet that matches your stuffed animal. With each animal, you get a designated amount of money. You spend your time feeding a taking care of your animal with clothes and designing its house. You earn more money by playing games at the arcade. Games are as simple as spinning the 'wheel of wow' to playing 'get eleven solitaire' where you have to pick cards that equal 11. Last year, my daughter had to log 10 minutes of math each night, and this was a great way for her to meet that need.

I haven't blogged in about a year ... I had good intentions on keeping a blog, but failed. I'm back to try again, this time with more of a purpose, an A in my class! I am back to school to work on my Rank I, 30 hours past a Master's Degree. This first class is in Educational Gaming and Simulation and I am required to Blog. I will be blogging here about the games I am playing throughout the semester. So Libby, feel free to use this as a source for great new games for your stduents, lol!
